Expand universal primary education and align vocational training with employment requirements.

Provide basic healthcare and medical facilities to all rural and urban underprivileged citizens.

Establish social justice, rule of law, and eradication of corruption from public administration.

Ensure the rights, dignity, and active participation of women in all spheres of national development.

Harness youth energy through education, skill acquisition, sports, and civic engagement.

Protect the rights, security, and cultural freedoms of religious and ethnic minority communities.

Maintain friendly and constructive bilateral and multilateral relations with all nations based on sovereign equality.

Foster regional and international cooperation for world peace and non-alignment.

Develop flood control, water management, and afforestation programs to protect the environment.

Expand communication infrastructure, modern transport links, and rural electrification.

Protect worker rights, ensure fair wages, and foster healthy industrial labour relations.

Promote Bengali language and national culture while respecting regional heritage and traditions.

Re-establish moral and ethical values in public life and political culture.
