Make the country self-sufficient in food and ensure that no one is hungry.

Increase cloth production in the country and ensure at least coarse cloth for everyone.

If any citizen is not homeless, then arrange as much as possible.

Free the country from the curse of illiteracy.

Provide a minimum medical treatment for all living people.

Establishment of status of women in society and mobilize the youth to consolidate the nation.

Encouraging the private sector in the economic development of the country.

To improve the conditions of the workers and to develop healthy workers-ownership relationships to increase production.

Encourage public service and the spirit of nation building and the development of their financial condition among the people.

To control the birth population.

To build friendships with all foreign countries and to tie up strong relations with Muslim countries.

The administration and development system will be decentralized and strengthen the local government.

Establish a corruption-free, just-based society system.

Fulfill all citizens' rights irrespective of religion, clan and caste and strengthen national unity and solidarity.
