Chapter I: Name, Principles & Emblem
The official name of the organization is the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).
Fundamental Principles: Total Faith and Trust in Almighty Allah, Bangladeshi Nationalism, Multi-party Democracy, and Social Justice.
Party Emblem: Sheaf of Paddy (ধানের শীষ).
Party Flag: Equal vertical divisions of BNP Green (representing sovereignty and fertility) and Bangladesh Red (representing liberation sacrifices).
Chapter II: Organizational Hierarchy & Committees
National Council: The supreme policy-making body of the party convening every three years.
National Standing Committee: The highest executive steering council presiding over national political affairs.
National Executive Committee: Implements decisions of the Council and Standing Committee across all divisions.
Overseas Chapters: Official UK Chapter operates with convening committee powers under central approval.
Chapter III: Membership & Disciplinary Code
Every Bangladeshi citizen aged 18 or above who affirms loyalty to party principles is eligible for primary membership.
Zero tolerance for anti-sovereignty activities, corruption, or violations of democratic constitutionality.
